Install is what we do best. Moving and removal are available when you need the same crew for the rest of the job.
Assembly & Install
New equipment delivered to a pallet or a doorstep gets built, bolted, leveled, and tested. We bring the tools and the torque specs. We leave with the cardboard.
Moving & Relocation
Moving a home gym across town? We disassemble, pad, haul, and rebuild on the other end. We own the pallet jacks and stair rollers that regular movers won't touch 500-pound equipment with.
Removal & Haul-Away
Old treadmill in the way of the new one? Rack you're done with? We break it down and haul it out. Donation drop-off available where the gear still has life left.

What customers ask before they book.
Do you install equipment I ordered online?
Yes — Rogue, Rep Fitness, Titan, Sorinex, Bells of Steel, Peloton, Tonal, Hydrow, NordicTrack, Precor, Sole, and most of what you'll find on Amazon. Send us the model number when you request a quote and we'll confirm.
Can you anchor a power rack to the floor?
Yes. Concrete, wood subfloor, or over rubber matting. We bring the hardware, pre-drill, and torque to the rack manufacturer's spec. If you have radiant heat under the slab, tell us up front and we'll locate before drilling.
What about floor protection?
We bring moving blankets, floor runners, and furniture dollies to every job. We can also cut and fit standard horse-stall rubber matting at $80 per 4×6 section if you want it installed the same visit.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability coverage on every job, with a certificate of insurance available on request. Covers damage to your floor, walls, or the equipment during install or move.
Can you move my existing gym setup when I relocate?
That's our relocation service. Disassemble, pad, haul, and rebuild on the other end. Most movers won't touch 500-pound equipment or will damage it if they do.
How soon can you be here?
Standard scheduling is within the week — morning or afternoon slot, confirmed the day before. Rush installs (within 48 hours) are available for a $75 surcharge, subject to crew availability.
Do you take payment on-site?
Yes. Card, Venmo, Zelle, or check. We invoice you after the job is done and tested — payment on completion.
